I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great ventilation system and fire protection; however, detailed cleaning was lacking, and there were a few issues with electrical plug points. The service was a mix of misguided staff members and supportive, polite individuals. The location was convenient, albeit a bit pricy for the offerings. The dining experience had good variety but lacked some options. Overall, there were positives and negatives to my stay.
